In this post I will explain some methods using which you can increase your eye sight and be free from spectacles.
1. Eye Exercise
Do eye exercises 2-3 times a day. Before starting Eye Exercise sit in a chair and relax.- First keeping your face straight turn your eye from extreme right to extreme left do this 30-50 times. Now close your eye for 30-60 second and relax.
- Now turn your eye from extreme top and extreme down again do this for 30-50 times. Now close your eye for 30-60 seconds and relax.
- Now turn your eye from bottom left to top right and do this for 30-50 times and then close your eye for 30-60 seconds and relax.
- Now turn your eye from bottom right to top left and do this for 30-50 times and then close your eye for 30-60 seconds and relax.
- Now turn your eye in circular motion( bottom to bottom right to right to top right to top to top left to left to bottom left) do this for 20-30 times and then move your eye in anti clockwise direction( bottom to bottom left to left to top left to top to top right to right to bottom right) and then relax for 30-60 seconds.
- Now stretch your arm and hold your finger straight and now focus on your nose then on your finger and then at an object at a distance (say 20 feet) do this for 30-50 times.
- Now stretch your arm and hold your finger straight and now focus on the tip of the finger and bring the finger closer and then move it away and then bring it closer do this 40-60 times .
2. Palming
In this exercise rub your hand together and then close your eyes with your hand .Do this several times.
3. Food For Eyes
You have to eat certain food that is good for eyes that are Papaya, Milk, Egg, spinach, tomatoes, garlic etc
4. Additional Tips
- Wash your eyes several times a day with cold water.
- In the morning relax your eyes for some times by watching greenery like green trees, bushes , grass etc.
- Don't wear your specs all the time avoid wearing them all the time. As specs make your eye lazy as you don't have to focus to see objects.
- Move your head up and down say 100 times. This will help improve blood circulation in your neck and eyes.
- Blink lot of time it will cleanse your eyes.
- 20-20-20 rule which is when your concentrating on something for 20 minutes focus on something different at a distance 20 feet for 20 seconds.

Reducing your eye power via eye exercise is much effective method compared to laser. As laser are not 100% safe. Sometimes the power comes back. But by using eye exercise the power reduces steadily and there is no side effect and it's completely free. So i advice go for eye exercise.
