GM DIET PLAN

Most of the people are suffering from a common problem known as obesity. And you have come to this page as you are also suffering from the same problem and searching for a method in order to reduce weight. The first thing that comes in your mind for reducing weight is DIET. There are many diet plans available online. The diet.re are so many diet plans available online its almost impossible to go through all of them and select the diet plan that suits you and is most effective. The most effective diet plan available is the GM DIET. GM Diet is a 7 day program and if followed properly help you to reduce 2-5kg in a week. It not only helps to  reduce weight but also detoxifies the body thus making you more energetic and glowing.

DAY 1
In the first day you have eat only fruits except banana. Thus on the first day you have to eat fruits in breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whenever you feel hungry just eat a apple or any other fruit. 

DAY 2
In the second day you have to consume only vegetable. Vegetable should be raw or boiled. Eat to your heart content.

DAY 3
On the third you have to consume a combination of both fruits and vegetable except banana.

DAY 4
On the third day you will consume only banana and milk. Eat atleast 6-8 bananas and drink 2-3 glasses of skimmed milk.

DAY 5
Its fifth day and its a feast day. Today you will consume 1 bowl of beef and 6-7 tomatoes. Vegetarians can replace 1 bowl of beef with 1 bowl of brown rice. And drink 10-12 glasses of water to cleanse your system.

DAY 6
On sixth day you have to consume beef (brown rice for vegetarians) and vegetables. Vegetables should be boiled or raw.

DAY 7
On the seventh and the final day you have to consume 1 bowl of brown rice, fresh fruit juice and vegetables(boiled or raw).

On the next day you will feel fresh and will weigh 2-5kg less. On all the 7 days drink lot of water to cleanse your system. Drink atleast 8-12 glasses of water. You can repeat the program after a week rest.

THE POWER TO ACHIEVE ANYTHING IN LIFE

All of us wants something in life a large house, sports car, loving wife/husband, bank balance, good marks, good health etc. Everyone tries to  achieve them and even dream about it. Some people success-ed and some people fail to achieve them. And the people who fails to achieve them thinks that they fail because they were not destined for it or they were not up for the competition. The only difference between successful person and a failed person is the power of their thoughts. A successful person even before the results came made up their mind that they have achieved the result they long for. They visualize it that they have won they act like they have success-ed. And when the result comes they do  success-ed.

When we keep saying or visualizing that we want something we send out thoughts to the universe. And when we keep on saying it the universe changes our surrounding and makes it favorable so that we can achieve what we are asking for . We can assume that universe is like genie and instead of 3 wishes we have unlimited wishes and all we have to do is just ask and believe.

Suppose you want a new bike just keep a photo of that bike in your room and look at it everyday and say I will own it one day. Or better visualize it that you already have that bike. Close your eyes imagine yourself riding the bike through streets and with your girlfriend sitting behind. Visualize it everday and one day you will own it. The results take time but if you keep on believing and asking you will definitely get it.

Visualizing is the most important tool It gives a clear picture to the universe want you want. Suppose you want to join Airforce, Army, Navy, Police etc just Imagine that you have already have become one. Go to the mirror see your reflection and visualize that you are wearing the uniform with badges, stars etc with your name plate on it. You walk like an officer, talk to your friends like and officer. And these qualities will automatically be inserted into you and one day you will become an officer of AirForce, Army, navy, Police etc.

What people do is that they will visualize and believe that will get it and when they do not get the desired result within a certain time they quit and say "ok I d'not want it" . And universe been our genie and obeys  to our wish he will grant that wish. I will explain this with a story A man dies and went to heaven. he entered the gate and saw large building when he went inside he saw that angels where keeping some gifts on racks with name written on them. When he asked the angel about the gifts the angel told him that " This are the accomplishments of the man which they didn't achieve as they have loosed all hope about it. If they have tried ones more this accomplishments would be there's." Just when the universe has made our surrounding favorable inorder to achieve what we desire we loose faith and we do not get what we want . So never loose faith and never stop believing keep on saying that i will get a big house, a car etc and visualize that you are in your big house or in your car .And one day you will own one.

Second important tool to achieve something in life is to say "Thank You" for what you already have . When you wake up every day say thank you god for blessing me for this day, for food, for loving parents/wife etc. Start your day with gratitude. When your walking down the street smile and say good morning to new people and greet everyone with a smile. This will develop positive energy in you and will attract positive energy from the surrounding and make you more healthier and more energetic.

When your sick just say to yourself that you are not sick and your healthy. Continuous saying it your mind will believe  that your healthy and will automatically heal all ailments and will make you healthy.

Hence you can achieve anything in life you only have to remember 2 things

  1. Ask what you want and visualize it
  2. Show Gratitude towards what you have.
