HOW I LOST 8KG IN 1 MONTH

In this post I will share with you how I lost 8Kg in 1 month without going to slimming center or gym. You don't need to eat capsules or use expensive products this the most natural method of losing weight quickly.

I was 78kg and after 1 month I am 70kg and feeling healthy and active.

1. For 1 month I only consumed fruits and vegetables( except banana)
Fruits : Apple, watermelon, Papaya etc (Banana should not be consumed)
Vegetables : Cucumber , Tomato, Carrot etc ( Vegetables should be consumed raw or boiled).
Fruits and vegetables contains all the nutrition that our body require for daily activities.

2. I also drank skimmed milk everyday usually in morning with low fat cornflakes(98- 99% fat free ). You should not consume sugar or any sweet substance.

3. I also went for brisk walk in morning and evening for 1 hour and after coming back from walk I used to drink lemon juice with honey.
The most important think is that you should not skip any meal. That's you have to eat 3 times a day. And whenever you feel hungry just eat apple. Apple contain amino acids which help in reducing weight. Also regularly drink green tea with honey as it helps in detoxifying your body and keeps you fit and healthy.

Additional Tips:
  • Drink plenty of water everyday.
  • Reduce your sugar and salt intake . Replace sugar with honey for milk and cornflakes.
  • Avoid eating junk food and oily foods.
This method helped me to loose 8kg and will definitely help you to reduce your excess weight quickly.
